We have received numerous reports from the public regarding a message received via telephone or text message that is similar to the message set forth below:

“This is Lt. James Perry with the Civil Services Division. Our facility has been requested to make contact with you. Our records indicate that you have failed to appear for federal grand jury duty on Friday February 21st at the William J Holloway Courthouse where you are summoned to participate.  This is a serious matter that requires your attention to prevent further legal matters. It is essential that you contact our office. We are open until 6pm but someone will be available to assist you 24/7 via phone at 405-237-9105 or email (Info@injuryservices.org).”
